Today's class was a little better for some of us, in particular for Liz.
As she put it herself, she actually let go of the wall and did some swimming. I must add though that she also did some freaking us out - as at one point even Vanessa, the instructor, asked her to behave, as she was doing things that made it seem like she was about to have issues.
I am still having issues with the whole standing up thing. I freaked out a little too with trying to float on my own.
I hope that come next Thursday, I will have made a huge accomplishment than were I fear I might be.
